Sweden’s Nilsmark Takes One Shot Lead in LPGA Legends Championship

After the first of three rounds of the 2026 LPGA Legends Championship at Harris Lake Country Club in Columbus, IN, Catrin Nilsmark (-4) leads by one shot over fellow Swede Maria McBride (-3). Solheim Cup Captain and two-time past champion of the LPGA Legends Championship Angela Stanford (-2) of Texas is two shots back, tied with 2025 U.S. Senior Women’s Open Champion Becky Morgan (-2) of South Wales. Two-time LPGA Legends Championship winner Trish Johnson is T5 and in the hunt (-1).
